Accountant

Job Descriptions:

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting duties, including but not limited to bank and accounts reconciliation, data entry, and preparation of financial reports for management.
• Assist in the annual statutory audit and tax filing.
• Issue all fee invoices on a regular basis.
• Assist in forecast budgeting and operational expenses.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Accounting experience in the construction industry is highly preferable.
• Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong tax system and audit standards.
• Knowledge of Macau accounting, taxation, and regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is essential. Knowledge of the Flex System will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded, sensitive to numerical data, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Accountant position.
