Senior Accountant / Accountant (For US PCAOB engagements)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in audits for US-listed companies, including IPOs, 10-Q, and 10-K filings

• Liaise with clients and external parties to ensure effective communication throughout the project.

• Ensure that all tasks comply with established policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline or equivalent

• 1-3 years of US GAAP/ IPO/ annual audits experience is preferred

• Experience in with US IPOs, annual audits, or knowledge of the US capital market is an advantage

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Candidate with solid experience will be considered as Manager/ Partner positions

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
