Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager of North East Asia, the incumbent will provide professional HR advice / guidance to various service lines and assist the Manager in the execution of projects in the region including, but not limited to:

Review and administer monthly payroll process and prepare payroll reporting and annual budget

Administer employee benefits program, which includes retirement plans, leave policies, employee assistance programs, and insurance policies such as life, medical and employee compensation
-
Drive and participate in key projects and make recommendation and suggestions to Senior Management for improvements
-
Conduct salary and benefits market research to define benchmarks
-
Monitor government regulations, industry trends and market best practice in the C&B sphere
-
Maintain accurate database in the HRIS (Workday)
-
Drives process improvements and aligns with Global and Regional HR Teams
-
Provide support in other HR functions, ad hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
-
At least 5 years of work experience with focus on the C&B function
-
Hands-on experience in Workday is a definite advantage
-
High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
-
Detail-minded, self-driven and positive approach to work and flexible to change
-
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
