Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our design projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic interior architecture firm.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with furniture and material suppliers regarding lead times, showroom locations.
- Assist the project to obtain quotation, invoices, and adminstrative arrangement for furniture and appliances procurement.
- Support the studio in creating a bespoke material library for client presentations.
- Research and identify furniture companies that offer customization options.
- Part-time applicants with over 2 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Experience in NGO or Exposure to Design, Art and Culture is a plus
- Flexible, Hardworking, positive, proactive, responsible, good team player and people-oriented
- Good communications & inter-personal skills
- Possess basic computer skills
Good command in both written and spoken Englishand Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
Working Hours
· 3 days per week or half day
· Option 1: 3 days per week, Working Hour: 9a-5p
· Option 2: 5 days per week, Half day (9-1p or 1-5p)
