About the role

Luxy Timepieces Limited, a leading luxury watch retailer, is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our growing team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  2. Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly account reconciliations
  3. Provide administrative support to managers & team member
  4. Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all financial transactions
  5. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

What we're looking for

  1. Proficiency in using spreadsheet applications
  2. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  5. AI background is an advantage
  6. Immediately available is preferable
  7. Fresh graduates are welcomed

Job Highlights

  1. Salary HKD15,000
  2. Lunch Allowance Included
  3. 5 Working Days per week from 11:30am to 6:30pm
  4. Bank Holiday
  5. 10 Annual Leave
