Project Administrator

We're a top-notch interior architecture firm, designing and delivering stunning corporate offices and work support facilities for a diverse clientele across 30 locations in Asia, the UK, and USA.

We're seeking a talented Project Administrator to join our Hong Kong office and play a key role in supporting our project team. With your expertise in project accounting and administration, you'll be responsible for keeping our projects running smoothly from start to finish. From preparing project documents and managing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, budgets, cost reports to assisting liaising with vendors, suppliers, contractors and clients, your attention to detail and communication skills will be put to the test. You will also need to coordinate meetings, provide administrative support to your project team members.

Particular skills required to fulfil this position include:

• Tertiary education or relevant disciplines
• Experience as an administrator or similar position with basic knowledge in accounting will be an advantage
• Proactive, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and outlook
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are essential
