Job Responsibilities:

Handles front desk reception, greets visitors and responds to phone enquiries

Coordinate daily incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement

Answer and screen incoming calls and taking messages clearly

Provide clerical support in daily business operations

Supports daily operations for the Office Administration

Handle ad-hoc assignments
