Responsibilities:

Handle searches for local and global conflict check requests for prospective and recurring client engagements

Prepare data to support the circulation of routine conflict check emails

Report to the Compliance team leader
Requirements:
-
Diploma of Business / Commercial studies or above
-
Minimum 3 years of administrative / clerical experience in a commercial environment
-
Mature personality who is able to work efficiently and independently
-
Well-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
-
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
-
Good command of written English and Chinese
-
Prior experience in professional accounting / legal firm a definite advantage
