The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Sourcing Specialist to join our experienced team in managing end-to-end sourcing operations for our global apparel business. This role offers the opportunity to work with international brands while developing expertise in Asian manufacturing networks and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with garment manufacturers across China and Southeast Asia

2.  Cost Negotiation: Drive competitive pricing through strategic negotiations while maintaining quality standards

3.  Production Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers on production planning, sample development, and delivery schedules

4.  Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet brand specifications including fit, fabric quality, and construction standards

5.  Market Research: Monitor supplier landscape and provide market insights on trends, pricing, and production capabilities

6.  Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, contracts, and production schedules

7.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business, or related field 

2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in garment sourcing or merchandising

3. Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and fabric technologies

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin

5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel with advanced functions

6. Understanding of international trade terms and supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications:

1.  Experience with Asian manufacturing networks, particularly China

2. Knowledge of quality control standards and testing procedures

3. Previous work with international brands or trading companies

4. Familiarity with ERP systems and sourcing software

Location & Working Arrangements

Office Location: Unit 804, 8/F, East Ocean Centre, 98 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon

 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 Hybrid Options: Flexible arrangements available for experienced candidates
