Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Handle customer enquiry, quotation, order follow up
• Handle delivery control
• Process orders, artwork, and samples; monitor business's print, manufacturing and shipping phases so that delivery targets are met.
• Liaise with China factory
• Provide sales, administrative and marketing support
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all clients and their orders
• Report to Sales Manager

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder
• Good organization, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC application such as MS Excel, MS Power point, Words
• Self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
• Hardworking, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
• Recent graduates will also be considered
