About the role

Jolly Come International Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects. What you'll be doing

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
2. Coordinate activities on order processing and project development
3. Provide sales and administrative support to customer inquiries
4. Assisting with the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials
5. Providing administrative support, such as arranging meetings and managing travel arrangements
6. Coordinating marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and event planning
7. Participating in client visits to provide support and assistance

What we're looking for

1. High Diploma or above, Fresh graduate will also be considered

2. Immediate available is an advantage
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
