Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales activities including sales/ purchase order processing and handle customer enquires
- Prepare daily shipping document to customer, communicate with 3PL for delivery arrangement
- Engage in effective communication with internal and external parties
- Assist in stock control by monitoring stock level, and identify customer demand
- Assist in implementing cost control measures aimed at reducing logistics expenses in daily operations
Ensure on time payment collection of responsible customers
Requirements:
- Holder of bachelor's degree or above
- 1 to 3 years relevant working experience in International Trading is preferable
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin (Proficiency in Japanese is preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel) ; experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
