Job Description

Our client is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as  Client Operations Officer - Japanese Speaking (B2B Focus/ With WFH) 


Job Descriptions: 

  • Account Administration: accounts set up and administered smoothly. 

  • Client Relations: Handle inquiries and complaints professionally. 

  • Issue Resolution Support: Assist in cases to ensure effective resolution of affair. 

  • Documentation Management: Handle invoices, prepare reports, and documentation. 

  • Collaboration: Work with the team to manage B2B accounts. 

    Perform ad hoc project if needed.


Requirements: 

    Diploma or above in related disciplines
    2-3 years in customer services, operations or project management experience is preferred.
    Experience in account servicing, sales support or administration is an advantage.
    Native in Cantonese, good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2 or above).
    Well organized, with good communication skills & problem-solving skills
    Proficient in MS Office
    Immediately available or short notice is preferred
