Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and messages courteously for customer enquiries and complaints, and provide information and solutions effectively
  • Make recommendations to customer enquiries to meet customer needs and expectations, and to maintain a positive customer experience
  • Assist in daily sales activities including sales orders processing and order deliveries
  • Participate and provide support to sales team and marketing team for the promotion programs and marketing events
  • Introduce the products and promotions via phone and email to customers and members for business opportunities
  • To assist any ad hoc tasks if required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at 2 years working experience on related field
  • Experience in food & beverage industry/retail industry will be advantage
  • Customer-oriented, problem solving and good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with logistical thinking
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Immediate available is an advantage
