Job Description:

Operation Clerk is responsible for taking care of various clerical functions include but not limited to data entry and preparation of statistical report, reviewing and cross checking customer data, liaise and coordinate with vendors and handling tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling data entry and preparation of statistical report
  • Reviewing and cross checking customer data
  • Liaising and coordinating with vendors
  • Handling ad hoc tasks, if required

Requirements:

  • Good command of written English and Chinese is a must
  • Fluent speaking of Mandarin
  • Diploma or above
  • Good in Mathematics & Finance is Preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Immediately available is an advantage
