About the Community Team

The Community Team supports the backbone of our caregiver network. We help onboard new caregivers and stay connected with them throughout their journey—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered to provide care with confidence.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Community Associate to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to initiatives that improve caregiver experience. You will be responsible for reviewing caregiver applications, maintaining engagement with onboarded caregivers, and supporting projects that help the team run more smoothly. The role also involves working with other teams on partnership and fulfillment-related initiatives.

You’ll report to and work closely with the Supply Lead, who will provide guidance and support. At the same time, you should be comfortable working independently and drawing from your past experience.

This role is well-suited for someone with a few years of operational experience, who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow toward a leadership path.

What You’ll Do

Onboarding and Daily Operations

• Review and process new and existing caregiver applications and profile submissions

Caregiver Engagement & Retention

• Share updates with caregivers about available deals and perks from Evercare’s partners

• Contribute to and help manage content for the Evercare Academy (e.g. orientation resources, training support)

• Draft regular communication to keep caregivers informed and engaged

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with the Partnerships Team to roll out and promote caregiver deals

• Coordinate with the Fulfillment Team on recruitment messaging and caregiver outreach

Operational Improvements

• Take part in team projects to improve internal workflows and caregiver processes

• Suggest ways to improve efficiency based on day-to-day experience and feedback

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, community, or administrative roles

• Clear communicator, comfortable working in both Cantonese and English

• Organized, dependable, and good at managing your own tasks and time

• A team player who can also work independently when needed

• Open to learning and improving how we support our caregivers

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• Basic familiarity with user-facing apps or platforms is a plus—but not required
