About Us

Wah Ming Hong Ltd was established over seventy years ago and is a leader in the watch industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up sales orders and prepare reports.
  • Maintain filing systems including inventory levels, client documentation and etc. to ensure organization and accessibility of essential documents.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for various marketing channels, including website articles, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit multimedia content including photos, videos, and graphics to effectively showcase display.
  • Manage E-commerce platforms and company social media channels.
  • Handle full set of I/E shipping documents.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to senior management, including errands, travel arrangements, reservations, and schedule coordination.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma graduate.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales support.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
