Logistics Supervisor

Is the Logistics area your passion? We are in search of a new colleague to take the responsibilities of the position of Logistics Supervisor for the Logistics Team.  

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Enforce safety protocols while conducting routine safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Train and lead staff on safety protocols, proper equipment handling and operational best practice.

• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.

• Perform administrative tasks like reporting, scheduling and documentation.

What we're looking for:

• Higher Diploma in Logistics or Occupational Safety or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Follow through instructions and procedures.
• Work with different stakeholders to manage day to day operations.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in using SAP is an advantage.

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
