Sales Executive/Client Manager (Commercial Interior Design)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Client Manager to drive new business development in the commercial interior design sector. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for fitting-out projects, contributing directly to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the commercial interior design market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, architects, and property developers.
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from initial client consultation and needs analysis to preparing compelling proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations—ensuring deals are closed to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Work closely with our interior design and project management teams to ensure client vision is translated accurately and project feasibility is assessed.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably within the interior design, construction, or related industries.
• Passion to explore new markets and acquiring new customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
