Job Description

職責 :

  • 理解及評估客戶需求，提供全面解決方案
  • 管理個案，包括服務申請處理、規劃、進度監控及結案
  • 提供優質且以客為本的服務協調，實現可量化的客戶成果
  • 負責管理層指派的特別項目
  • 參與優化客戶服務流程

要求 :

  • 學士學位程度 , 具備一年客戶服務工作經驗
  • 具長者護理或醫療保健經驗優先
  • 具社區券（CCSV）相關知識優先
  • 熟悉電腦操作MS Office、懂中文輸入法及中英文文書處理
  • 具備良好溝通及人際關係技巧 , 擅長分析及解決問題, 對長者護理服務富有熱忱
