Job Description
The primary responsibilities include:
- Schedule conference room bookings
- Answer all incoming and outgoing phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Ensure reception, pantry area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
- Liaise with service providers for office facilities
- Order office stationery and office supplies
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, binding
- Assist to arrange office events such as office parties, annual dinner, etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in law firm
- Effective written and oral communication in English and in Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work as part of a team, flexible and supportive mindset
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
- Short notice candidate would be an advantage
- Welcome candidates with flight Attendant background
- Candidates with a background in hospitality are also welcome
