主要職責：

以友好和專業的方式迎接並協助顧客。

安排和管理療程及服務的預約。

維持客戶預約和服務歷史的準確記錄。

確保接待區設施乾淨，並備足所需物品。

與同事溝通客戶需求。

有效處理顧客詢問和解決問題。

協助日常運營工作。

整理文件和數據輸入。

每日工作8小時。

資格要求：

具備美容院前台相關經驗者優先。

具備強大的溝通和人際交往能力。

具整理資料的能力。

能夠靈活工作，包括週末和假期。

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on our skincare products. Your goal is to enhance the beauty experience for customers while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule and manage appointments for treatments and services, coordinating with Beautician and beauty advisor.

Stay updated on beauty trends, our brands product knowledge, and promotions.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas.

Communicate effectively with spa staff and management regarding client needs and preferences.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Assist in daily operation duties

Participate in training and development programs.

8 Working Hours per Day

Qualifications:

Previous experience in SPA receptionist preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Cantonese speaker preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to work with Microsoft software.
