System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications and integrate systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

• Manage change requests and provide system support.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT projects.

• Prepare system documentation and maintain databases.

• Coordinate with vendors on system development projects.

• Utilize MS Query/Application Report Writer to generate user reports.

• Provide application support for retail shops and office users for ERP/POS systems.

• Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development.

• Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, mobile technologies, big data, and IoT is a plus.

• Proficient in Linux, Windows Server, Java, Python, C#, .NET, Tomcat, RDMS, web services, Git, and SharePoint.

• Experience in application development on the Microsoft platform and MSSQL database.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies is advantageous.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
