Job Description
About The Role:
-
Review and verify the data on the application forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Accurately input and update customer date, application form details in the company's database or CRM system
-
Ensure all processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements
-
Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to facilitate complaint form processing and refund processes
-
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
About You:
-
DSE or above
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in back office operations, customer service, or administrative roles
-
Proficient PC applications including MS Word, Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
-
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
