Solution Consultant (Pre-sales)

Job Description

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements and identify solutions that address their needs

• Prepare detailed solution proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to effectively showcase our product offerings

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

• Provide post-sales support to customers, including training and ongoing consultation

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to enhance our solutions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of pre-sales or consulting experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry

• Strong technical understanding of enterprise software solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all level

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to deliver high-quality solution

• Passion for staying informed about industry trends and continuously improving your skills
