Logistics Assistant (Air Export - Operations)

THE JOB:

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of consignment instructions provided by shippers.
• Coordinate with the Gateway and Warehouse teams to confirm load plan summaries to ensure completion before airline cut-off times.
• Prepare house and airline air waybills, along with other shipping documents, in a timely manner.
• Issue invoices accurately and complete consolidation settlements within the required timeframe.
• Monitor flight departure schedules and update the system daily.
• Handle general inquiries from internal departments, customers, and overseas offices professionally.
• Support 24/7 operations through shift duties (with allowance) and maintain skeleton workforce during exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tertiary education graduate(Asso/ HD/ Bachelor's Degree) with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Proficient PC knowledge
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Availability to work rotating shift including night shift
