Sales Manager/ Account Manager (HRMS) (Ref: JDB/GTM/SM)

Responsibilities:

• Promote Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and services to commercial customers in Hong Kong and/or Macau

• Engage with customers and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives

• Prepare quotations and tender proposals, negotiating contract terms and conditions and winning customers’ contracts

• Collaborate with internal pre-sales consultants and project team to prepare sales proposals, conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to senior executives of customers

• Follow-up potential customer inquiries, maintain update of sales lead and provide regular business update to business unit head

• Formulate strategic business plans and execute accordingly to achieve targets

• Establish & maintain long-term relationships with potential & existing customers; Manage and execute complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, closing and forecasting

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related disciplines

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese

• At least 2 years of working experience in sales and account management of IT solution for enterprise customers in Hong Kong

• With proven sales track record

• Self-motivated, fast learning, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure

• Selling experience in business application software such as HRIS, ERP, CRM, DMS, e-workflow will be an advantage
