Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Officer / Executive Assistant

Report to the General Manager, the Administrative Officer / Executive Assistant is responsible for arranging Board and general meetings of the company as well as general office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate board meetings and general company meetings, including the AGM, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
  • Assist with company secretarial duties, such as submitting required forms to the Companies Registry.
  • Support the smooth daily operations of the OHK Office, including overseeing helper and intern recruitment, staff training, IT support, directors’ insurance, and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Executive Committee, including preparing meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior managers.

Qualifications:

  • Past experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with bachelor's or above education preferred. 
  • Knowledge of and passion for the arts and entertainment sector, as well as experience as a corporate company secretary is a plus.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Good English and Chinese language skills, both spoken and written, in MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing 
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
