職責 :執行項目協調工作, 包括更新和提交施工圖紙、項目文件; 監控現場施工進度, 確保項目按進度計劃實行; 協調並聯繫各方, 確保文件提交、材料採購和現場工作的順利進行; 協助執行臨時任務 (需要在地盤工作)

資歷 :專上教育：文憑/證書; 3年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂視窗操作; 懂Microsoft Office; 持有平安咭; 持有建造業工人註冊證; 懂AutoCAD; 能熟練使用AutoCAD繪製圖面和施工文件; 熟悉Revit 或 BIM Software優先

待遇 :每月$25,000 - $30,000(視乎經驗而定), 有年假12天, 銀行假期, 生日假, 醫療福利, 表現獎金, 交通津貼, 星期一至五: 上午8時半至下午5時半及星期六: 上午8時半至中午12時半, 每週工作5天半, 配偶及子女醫療保險
