Job Description

工作內容:

  • 負責處理琴行的日常接待及行政工作,包括回覆電話、預約、安排課堂、協調導師和學生事宜、記錄學生出勤等。
  • 處理學生及家長的查詢。
  • 負責簿記工作。
  • 支援其他行政及營運工作,配合中心的整體運作。

入職要求:

  • 中六或以上程度;持有大學學位(音樂或教育優先考慮)
  • 2年或以上相關工作經驗
  • 具良好電腦操作知識,如 MS Office 及中英文輸入,熟練辦公軟體
  • 能獨立處理工作,靈活應變,處事成熟,誠實可靠
  • 有責任感、守時有禮、做事細心
  • 可即時上班者優先

工作時間:

  • 星期二至五,早上10:30 - 19:30
  • 星期六,早上09:30 - 18:30
