Senior UI/UX Designer

You will lead the development and iteration of the design system, using end-to-end design thinking to improve platform conversion rates and user retention, playing a key role in expansion within the Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the interaction design for Web/APP/WAP platforms, producing high-fidelity prototypes and design specification documents.

2. Design data tracking points based on the Google HEART framework and validate design solutions through A/B testing.

3. Build a reusable atomic component library to improve team collaboration efficiency.

4. Participate in the reconstruction of the merchant backend system, designing visual data dashboards and intelligent operation tools.

5. Plan visual solutions for the membership system to enhance LTV (Lifetime Value).

6. Optimize service category navigation paths to reduce user decision-making time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field, with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform design.

2. Proficient in Figma’s variable functions, capable of creating adaptive layouts and dark mode designs.

3. Portfolio of interaction design work should include a complete user journey map and key data metrics.

4. Familiar with multilingual layout standards in Southeast Asia; experience with Lazada/Shopee projects is a plus. Must have service design thinking and the ability to gain insights into Southeast Asian user group differences through user interviews.

5. Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s local O2O business models, familiarity with vertical scenarios such as domestic services and repairs, and the ability to adapt to agile development processes. Must be proactive in driving projects even with incomplete PRDs.
