現為 “第一批 「簡約公屋」的設計和建設項目工程項目管理顧問 (合約編號: 9A M101)”招聘以下駐地盤員工。駐地盤員工實際之工作地點將為啟德世運道。
We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the "Consultancy Agreement No. 9A M101 for Project Management Consultancy Services for Light Public Housing Projects - Batch 1 (Programme NO. 002HL)” for the design and construction of Light Public Housing located at Kai Tak Olympic Avenue:-

Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (Ref. JD_23071RACOW_4)

駐地盤助理工程監督的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Assistant Clerk of Works shall be as follows: 
 

• 申請人持有由香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或同等資格 / 工程資格； Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications;
  
  
   

• 在取得以上資格後具備三年相關之工作經驗 / 5年相關工作經驗其中包括在公共工程項目中擔任1年駐地盤監工或同等職級的相關工作經驗 / 3年相關工作經驗其中包括在公共工程項目中擔任1年駐地盤一級監工或同等職級的相關工作經驗;
  Three years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWS or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects / 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWSI or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects;
  
   

• 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷；
  Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;
  
  [＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]
  [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
  
  
   

僱傭合約期暫定為5個月，即時上班優先考慮，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。
Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 5 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
