Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Software & Hardware Inventory Management

  • Monitor and verify software usage for compliance and optimize resource utilization.

  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory by tracking and managing IT assets for optimal allocation.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware procurement, replacement and retirement to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management

  • Lead End User Support team and manage vendor relationships to ensure SLA adherence.

  • Provide monthly SLA reports, conduct trend analysis, and drive continuous service improvements.

VOIP System Management

  • Handle VOIP assignment, configuration and support of VOIP systems/users in the Hong Kong office, ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.

IT Operations & Process Optimization

  • Develop and manage technology roadmap for desktop and office facilities, ensuring operational readiness. (e.g. daily functionality of meeting rooms equipment and other critical systems)

  • Refine operational support processes and introduce automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure smooth EUC systems management across offices and factories.

  • Coordinate with IT support to resolve issues, manage user expectations and address complaints effectively.

 Regional IT Collaboration & Project Leadership

  • Actively participate in regional IT operations projects and lead IT projects, ensuring successful execution through accountability and ownership.

  • Demonstrate proactive leadership and ownership by driving project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 Security Awareness Leadership

  • Develop and lead cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate staff on best practices, enhance the organization’s security posture, and mitigate risk.

 Occasional travel is required to support operational needs and project execution.

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Good knowledge of supporting Windows/Mac OS, video-conferencing, PC hardware , VOIP and Basic network knowledge

  • Experience in leading VIP user support

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technology-driven and analytical mindset

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication and negotiation skill
