About Us

Rauschmayer, a leading name in luxury wedding and engagement rings, is expanding its e-commerce presence and strengthening its brand visibility on marketplaces. To accelerate our digital growth in the World, we are seeking an experienced E-Marketplace Expert with a primary focus on Amazon. This role will be central to managing and scaling our Amazon business while exploring additional marketplace opportunities across the region.


Your Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management (Main Focus)

    Full responsibility for Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
    Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, market share, and brand visibility on Amazon.
    Build and maintain A+ Content, Brand Stores, and enhanced product detail pages.
    Oversee pricing, promotions, and Buy Box strategies.

Amazon Advertising & Performance

    Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
    Continuously monitor KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and optimize campaigns.
    Drive promotional campaigns such as Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal activations.

Analytics & Reporting

    Track sales, traffic, and customer behavior using Amazon Brand Analytics and external tools.
    Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
    Identify growth potential and competitive advantages in Asian/Global Amazon markets.

Marketplace Expansion (Secondary Focus)

    Research and evaluate additional marketplace opportunities.
    Adapt and apply best practices from Amazon to secondary marketplaces.
    Support regional marketplace launches and partnerships.

Collaboration & Coordination

    Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams in Germany und China.
    Align marketplace activities with brand guidelines and global marketing strategies.

Your Profile

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
    2–3+ years of proven Amazon account management and advertising experience (Asia experience a plus).
    Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
    In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization.
    Proficiency with marketplace analysis tools.
    Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
    Fluency in English and Chinese (Simplified or Traditional); German is an advantage.
    Independent, hands-on, and proactive working style.
