Sales Associate (Luxury Watches)

You are passionate about people, watches, and are genuinely excited about the prospect of revolutionizing the buying and selling process.

This position is a front-of-house sales role working within our Private Showroom located in Central, Hong Kong. This role is open to HK residents and visa holders only and will require the ability to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What you'll do:

• Discuss, educate, and advise on watch brands and models, as well as introduce new customers to Wristcheck services.
• Consistently hit and/or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall team success.
• Manage a book of existing clients, growing and nurturing your relationship with them to uncover new leads and opportunities.
• Utilize our CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships and interactions. Leverage the system to stay connected to customers and provide personalized experiences.
• Promptly and professionally follow up on leads generated by digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide the highest level of service and follow up at every opportunity, setting the stage for subsequent purchases, referrals, and testimonials.
• Stay on top of the latest developments in the watch industry, including market prices and conditions. Ensure you are well-versed in historical pricing, watch specifications / condition / nuances for our catalog of consigned watches.
• Be a Wristcheck ambassador and represent our core values inside and outside of the workplace!

What you'll bring:

• 1-2 years of luxury sales experience, ideally in a similar role in retail / auction house. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a Senior role.
• Knowledge of watches will be a big advantage, but not required - we can teach you everything you'll need to know!
• An existing rolodex of clients with proven interest in the purchase and sale of luxury watches.
• A high level of professionalism and customer service with a demonstrated ability to connect and build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from all industries.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter that is able to perform in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
• Able to work autonomously as well as an integral part of a highly motivated team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese; English fluency is a plus but not required.
• Able to work to a retail roster, including on evenings and weekends
