Job Description

• Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination.
• Assist the project manager in tendering, quotation, budgeting.
• Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, main contractor ,sub-contractors / suppliers and government department.
• Review and comment on material submissions and shop drawings provided by sub-contractors to ensure full compliance with contract specifications, consultant instructions, and coordinated design.
• Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS works.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant site experience preferably.
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations.
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Working on relevant government engineering projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in building information modeling (BIM) based on Autodesk Revit platform will be an advantage.
• Holder of Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage.
