Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CCSV accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Monitor CCSV account performance and develop strategies to optimize user engagement on the platform.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their experience, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition and integration with our platform.
- Analyze client data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for account growth.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting successes and strategizing for future growth.
Qualifications:
- Higher diploma or above in any disciplines.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Knowledge in CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
