Business Development Associate – SME Team

About this role:

- Coordinate sales channels and supporting teams to grow SME loan business.

- Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing.

- Execute effective business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve bank’s requirement.

- Work closely with all internal departments to grain their support for smooth operation.

- Support routine administrative tasks as required, include but not limited to filing, record keeping & preparing reports.

Qualification required:

- Degree holders or above in Business or Finance-related disciplines.

- Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to learn and be a good team player.

- Soild experience in banking or financial institution.

- Good command in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

- Fresh graduates are welcome.

Business Development Associate – Mortgage Team

About this role:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and provide tailored-made solutions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.

- Provide guidance, review and follow up through the mortgage loan application, ensure all documentation & operation is complete and accurate.

- Develop and maintain tight & knit relationships with clients, property agents, financial institutions and referral intermediaries.

- Prepare timely and accurate reports for management review, providing insights into business performance.

Qualification required:

- Solid experience in real estate, Internet application or financial services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to learn & mature.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Degree holder or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5 with 2 years’ experience in generating mortgage lending business from property agencies.

- Relevant certifications or licenses is an advantage.
