Client Manager / Client Service Officer
(Managed Print Services)
Responsibilities:
-
Manage account operation activities and escalations to maintain and build excellent relationship with client
-
As a contact and escalation point between customers and other support teams
-
Prepare PO, report, contract and invoicing related document
-
Closely engage and liaise with other delivery team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery whilst managing delivery scope and resources
Requirement:
-
Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / or related disciplines are preferred
-
Fresh Graduates are welcomed
-
2 year or above of account management or customer services experience for Account Manager Position
-
Good communication skill and a trusted advisor to the customer
-
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Verbal and written
-
Positive thinking, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
-
PC literacy: MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint
-
Applicants with more experiences will be considered for senior position

Client Service Administrator
(Managed Print Services)
Responsibilities:
-
Process and manage customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
-
Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts and service agreements.
-
Input and maintain accurate data in internal systems
-
Handle general clerical duties including filing, document management, and correspondence.
-
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-
Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
Requirement:
-
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field is preferred.
-
Relevant experience in administrative or customer service roles.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-
Good organizational and time management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
