Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Office Manager / Assistant Office Managerto join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to senior executive and general managers within the Investment Team
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the investment office, including office logistics, document flow, and internal coordination
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate investment-related activities and meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and calendar planning for senior team members
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentation materials, and other documentation to support investment reviews, management meetings, and reporting requirements
  • Support the implementation of office procedures, documentation standards, and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Solid experience in office administration or executive support, preferably gained in an investment firm, asset management company, or related financial/investment environment
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Office Manager
