Site Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily site inspection, supervision, workmanship and quality control, material/equipment delivery and handling, etc.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure that working schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly followed.
• Assist to prepare site reports, photo records, working schedules and relevant site documents.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years site working experience in building and fitting out
• Qualification of TCP T1 would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Certificate in building studies or equivalent
• Driving license is preferable
• Station at HK Int’l Airport
• Immediate available preferred
