Job Description
Join Our Growing Team as an Operations & Sales Administrator
We are a dynamic and expanding organization looking for a dedicated Operations & Sales Administrator to support our daily operations and drive efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily operational activities to ensure seamless business functions
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance and streamline workflows
- Prepare HR-related documents and assist in basic HR functions and recruitment
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties
- Perform other clerical and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- 1-2 year working experience
- Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team
