This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in a stable, fun, and happy apparel sourcing environment, focusing on techncial desgin throughout the product development stages, covering Technical Specification/Package and Pattern review, Garment Fitting, Construction/Sewing methods, Garment Engineering, Fabric/Material Adoption, and Cost-Saving Opportunity and Optimization.

You will share your technical expertise to collaborate with US global Design and Development team in the US headquater, Merchandising team, Fabric team, vendors, and mills partners in Hong Kong, China, and Asia regions to identify a good balance between design, innovation, sourcing, cost, and quality point of views, curating list of business options to resolve challenges.

You will be on top of the fashion market to understand the industry trends and identify up-to-date best practice, new way of working, and latest AI tehcnology, such as Browzwear, Gerber etc thus achieving productive, efficiency, and strategic work culture.

We would like to hear from you if you have a Bachelor’s degree in textile studies with around 10 years of experience in the areas of garment technical design, construction,, sewing, engineering, cost, and productivity management, passionate about technical design in the global environment with excellent English and Chinese communication ability.
