Job Description

Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle order inquiries for weaving threads.
  • Prepare purchase orders (P/O) and supply contracts (S/C).
  • Arrange deliveries with suppliers and clients.
  • Collect documents needed for manufacturing certificates.
  • Manage cost claims.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve complaints and issues.
  • Report directly to a Japanese supervisor.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience in a trading company is preferred.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Japanese
  • Patient, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and good at schedule management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
