Senior BIM Coordinator / Assistant BIM Manager

Requirements
 

• Degree holder or above in Civil / Structure Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related disciplines;

• Minimum 4 years of practical BIM project experience, more experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager;

• CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or equivalent professional qualification

• Familiar with Autodesk BIM Solutions (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks), and familiar with common BIM applications such as clash mitigation, documentation, quantification etc.;

• Knowledge of other softwares such as Fuzor, Lumion 3D, Sketchup is preferred;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills and team management skills;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job descriptions
 

• Responsible for BIM project coordination and management;

• Lead BIM modelers to implement BIM applications, streamline design process, drawing production and provide quality deliverables;

• To ensure the accurate asset information in the BIM model for hand-over submission;

• Provide technical support for internal engineers or other BIM users;

• Facilitate BIM training for in-house technical staffs;

• Provide guidance on BIM technology development and implementation.
