Senior Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Officer

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in taking over of new building systems and monitoring of testing and commissioning works an advantage
• Holder of safety card
• Holder of grade “A" registered electrical worker preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• To assist in the pre-management, operation and maintenance works of a new commercial property
• To prepare and review maintenance contracts
• To supervise and co-ordinate repair works carried out by technicians or contractors
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer
