Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for system analysis, implementation, enhancement and support various enterprise applications
- Liaise & collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for successful implementation, from user requirement collection, technical specification transformation, bug fixing, testing to training, and related documentation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, applications and networking
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend and implement solutions to fulfil business needs and enhance business operation
- Provide support in vendor management, project management, planning and execution of IT initiatives for continuous improvement
- Support any ad-hoc IT projects as required.
Requirements :
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Hands on experience in ERP system, network administration, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft 365, MS Office, systems support
- Experience in vendor management and E-Commerce platform development is a plus
- Self-driven, well-organized and able to work independently with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
