建造工程監督 I

職責

• 在建造工程經理的指引下協助地盤施工管理。
• 協調及監督建造工人的工作。
• 申領及驗收各項工程物料。
• 確保施工符合安全標準。

要求

• 持有建造高級文憑或相等學歷
• 5-6年實際地盤管理經驗
• 需持有42或43小時建造業安全督導員課程
• 持有工程監工適任技術人員T1證書
