GA Operations HK Limited is a wholly owned sourcing operation for The Armani Group which designs, manufactures, distributes a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products including apparels, footwears and accessories, covering a range of brand names: Emporio Armani, AXIArmani Exchange, Emporio Armani Junior, EA7, etc.

We are looking for high calibre candidate(s) with great passion in fashion to join our Sourcing office in Kowloon Bay.

This position will be responsible for the entire product development of men’s bodywear and swimwear including delivery of salesman sample, providing quality support from sourcing, price negotiation, to product finalization for assigned projects & collections.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the products are developed according to the product specification and timeline
• Follow up samples, artworks, material, strike offs and lab-dips
• To ensure proper fitting and silhouette of the garments
• Inspect samples and make sure they are aligned with expected standard before delivery
• Cost negotiation with garment suppliers to meet company budget

• Provide support to the team including PLM system and handle ad-hoc duties as required
  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Fashion or Textiles related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years merchandising experience in garment industry specifically for bodywear and swimwear
• Possess fashion sense and strong fabric technical knowledge
• Good communication skill in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
• Self-motivated, positive and good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on experience on PLM System; good knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as SENIOR MERCHANDISER
