Job Summary :
- Prepare and package samples for international shipping.
- Create orders using the ERP system.
- Arrange and manage documentation tasks.
- Supporting the merchandiser in daily operations
- Following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of merchandise.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
Responsibilities:
Education:At least Form 6 or above, including fresh graduates.
Skills:Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Work Style:Able to work independently and efficiently.
Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, gritty, and responsible.
Availability: Immediate availability is preferable.
