Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• To explore opportunities for campaigns, plan & implement which for sales increase and brand awareness
• To handle sales and marketing tasks to generate leads, enhance customer relationship and promote services and products
• To identify new marketing trend and recommend marketing strategic to the Head
• To support the Head for all aspects of Marketing activities from planning through execution
• To establish training system & provide training courses to customers and business partners
• To conduct market survey, analysis, reports
• To draft and edit marketing and promotional collaterals, press releases, speeches, script of presentations
• Ad hoc tasks might be assigned as well

Job Requirements:

• Diploma graduate with minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, specialized in Sales and Marketing is an advantage (F5 graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experiences will also be considered)
• Pleasant and outgoing personality, mature, well-organized, proactive, helpful and detail-minded
• Strong sense of responsibility with positive, “Can do” working attitude as well as ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Good command in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• 5 days work
