Technician 技術員

   職責:

• 負責執行各物業設施的日常保養、檢查及維修工作.
• 負責機電裝置檢查, 簡單更換及維修工作.
• 協助監督外判承包商之工作、與工程師及經理報告進展.
• 執行零件與消耗品庫存及紀錄.
• 以上職位需在不同地方工作(包括非辦公時間參與緊急維修)

入職要求:

• 中學程度.
• 持有工業學院(IVE)文憑或証書為佳.
• 持有平安咭.
• 持有效的電工A牌或以及持有相關工程證書更佳.
• 具3-5年或以上有關經驗，有水喉、中央冷氣機組及簡單電力經驗者為佳.
• 每週工作5-6天，每天工作9小時，需輪班工作.
• 良好粵語，懂讀寫中文，簡單英語書寫
